SHIVA dios del yoga, el tercer dios de los trimurti, junto con brahma y vishnu, se conoce que cada dios tienen sus distintos mantras y oraciones sagradas para la purificacion, superacion y el entendimiento espiritual para sus devotos, con los mantras poderosos de SHIVA se lograria sentir, la meditacion, la destruccion del ego, y la destruccion del ciclo de la vida, para que asi actue la renovacion con VISHNU el dios conservador, esa conservacion depende con la realidad de donde todo nace y todo se siente en el universo para asi crear la accion y el poder de BRAHMA.

La ciencia del mantra es muy compleja. Existen mantras incluso para propositos tan especificos como curar mordeduras de serpientes y enfermedades cronicas, pero son de una categoria inferio. En el mundo moderno el poder de las vibraciones del sonido, esta comenzando a utilizarse en terapias fisica, y se estan estudiando tambien sus posibilidades en otros campos. El meditador es la existencia misma. No tiene forma, ni cualidades, ni pasado, ni futuro. Ningun tipo de ataduras o limitaciones restringe al aspirante que tiene SOHAM firmemente fijado en su mente.

AHAM BRAHMA ASMI

yo soy brahman

Aham brahman asmi es la gran formula vedantica. El meditador aserta su unidad con el eterno brahman. Al hacerlo, niega el confinamiento al cuerpo y a la mente y afirma su unidad con lo absoluto.

TAT TUAM ASI

tu eres eso

"ESO" es el brahman eterno, y "TU" es el meditador. tat tuam asi, una de las grandes afirmaciones vedanticas, identifica al indivituao como siendo uno con brahman, el substrato de la creacion, e igual a el.

OM

No existe traduccion de OM. Se compone de tres letras: A, U y M. Representa los tres periodos de tiempo, los tres estados de conciencia de toda la existencia. A es el estado vigilia; U es el estado de ensueño y M es el estado de sueño profundo. Om contiene NADA y BINDU. Nada es el sonido vocal prolongado y Bindu es el sonido como un zumbido, hecho con los labios cerrados, con el que termina el mantra.

En este mantra, HA es shiva y UM es sadasiva. El nada y el bindu representan lo que disipa la afliccion. Con este mantra debe adorarse a shiva.

DAM

Aqui DA significa durga, y M significa proteger. Nada representan la madre del universo y bindu significa accion (adoracion u oracion).Es el mantra de durga.

KRIIM

Con este mantra debe adorarse a kalika. KA es kali, R es brahman e II es mahamaia. Nada es la madre del universo y bindu es quien disipa la afliccion.

HRIIM

Este es el mantra de mahamaia o bhuvaneshuari. H significa shiva, R es prakriti, II, representa mahamaia. Nada es la madre del universo y bindu es quien disipa la afliccion.

Un mantra es una energia mistica dentro de una estructura de sonido. Todo mantra encierra en su vibraciones un determinado poder. Por medio de la concentracion y repeticion se libera su energia y esta toma forma.

El yapa o mantra yoga es aquella practica a traves del cual el poder contenido en los mantras es aplicado con propositos especificos. Cada mantra esta construido a partir de una combinacion de sonidos derivados de las cincuentas letras del alfabeto sancristo. Este idioma tambien es conocido como devanagari o lengua de los dioses. Los sabios de la antiguedad, sintonizados con niveles superiores de la conciencia, conocian muy bien el poder inherente contenido en los sonodos y utilizaron combinaciones de sonidos para estableser vibraciones especificas. La aplicacion sistematica de esta vibracion podria mover literalmente montañas. De hecho, una de las teorias sobre la construccionde las piramides sugiere que fue el gran desarrollo de la ciencia de manipular los sonidos lo que permitio a los egipcios esculpir y trasladar piedras de proporciones tan enormes. En un nivel mas sutil, hay varios mantras que se aplican a ciertos propositos. Mas especificamente, estos mantras tornan la mente hacia la concentracion en lo supremo y libera la energia espiritual contenida en los chakras del cuerpo.

Los mantras son invocaciones sancristas al ser supremo. Reforzadas y propulsadas por el yapa, estas invocaciones pasan desde el nivel verbal, a traves de los estados mental y telepatico, hasta convertirse en pura energia. El yapa es un metodo de canalizar la propia conciencia desde el nivel mas inferior al mas elevado. GENESIS

In the beginning the Goddess dreamed within the undifferentiated plenum.
The plenum was of multifold dimensions
It seethed with fractal bubbles which linked all scales of reality.
And she moved within and upon the face of the quantum foam,
In wholeness, in a timeless place.
The matrix of the Goddess was empty
And all universes were united all in her embrace.
There was no past and no future, no up or down.
The laws and the form of the microscopic was identical to the macroscopic.
As Above, so was Below;
There was no division into Goddess and not-Goddess.
There was only one plenum and the one Goddess
Was as the water flowing in the depths of the ocean.And the Goddess waited for an eternity,
And then for yet another eternity,
And an eternity of eternities.
And the Goddess desired pleasure, but she found it not.
Who will bring me pleasure? she sighed.
So she split into three so that she could create pleasure and enjoyment.
And the three forms were the Nymph, the Mother and the Crone.
The Nymph is what has been,
The Mother is what is,
The Crone is what shall be.And the three linked into a circle of life.
And their pleasure created a feedback loop.
Linked into that loop the Goddess sang her world-shattering song.
And the feedback loop ascended to the highest energy state, the orgasm.
And the Goddess saw that the orgasm was good.
And at that moment infinite possibilities
Arose out of the quantum foam and the plenum shattered.
All the multiverses came into being and the Goddess entered into them.
Time and space came into existence.
Energy and Matter came into existence.
And the multiverses began to split into a multitude of universes,
Each universe with a different history and set of physical parameters.And the Goddess saw that the multiverses were good.
And that was the first orgasm.
When we experience orgasm we take an infinitesimal sip
Of the cup of the ecstasy of creation.Trillions of eons passed.
The multiverses evolved and many new forms of the Goddess emerged.
Some multiverses were empty or sparse.
Some were filled with energy that could not cool.
In some time ran backwards, or sideways.
And all of the universes were pregnant with the form of new Goddesses.
And the Goddess was not yet satisfied,
As her passion knows no boundaries.
So she split into more forms, her sisters,
One for each multiverse.
And she loved all of them,
And found satisfaction for a time.
And each Goddess split into an infinite number of forms.
But after an eternity the Goddess was again yearned for new lovers.And the Goddess sang to her sisters:
We will cause these multiverses to evolve.
For diversity and the infinite combinations it produces
Will create new consciousness.
So to seed this spectrum of possibilities
She created the rainbow,
And she and her sisters embraced the rainbow
And fertilized all of the creations without ceasing,
Bringing matter into existence and causing time to flow forward.
For consciousness needs distinctions between past, present and future
And a vessel to hold it.Each multiverse ran for trillions of eons,
And matter and energy split,
And each divided into numberless forms.
And the microscopic was distinguished from the macroscopic
And each had different but similar laws.
Particles coalesced into atoms.
Atoms coalesced into large scale structures.
Large-scale structures birthed galaxies.
And the galaxies birthed nebulae.
And the nebulae birthed stars.
Stars birthed planets and moons and comets and asteroids.
The planets cooled and water and gasses moved on the face of the planets.
On the surface of the waters,
In the voids between the stars and deep in the nebulae,
Wherever atoms linked into long chains,
There was a soup of organic molecules.
And the Goddess sang
"Let the long chains of atoms become self-replicating
And evolve into my image".
And the thunder of the Goddess's world-shattering song
Struck the surface of the waters,
And the chains started to replicate.
And that was the origin of life.But life was not yet conscious.
So the Goddess said: I will encode a language into the soup.
The alphabet of this language will be amino acids
And the grammar will determine what form a organism will become,
And how long it will live
And all the possibilities of the organism,
For all the days of its life.
And she translated into this language her song.
And she took the dream she had dreamed in the plenum
And wrapped it around her song.
And the song caused the molecules to evolve into more complicated forms.
